Our Story

Sandhills Therapy Solutions was founded by Meredith Broughton - a speech-language pathologist who has been serving families in the Fayetteville area for nearly 20 years.

After her personal experience navigating the challenges of tongue and lip ties with her son, Meredith became passionate about developing a professional staff and community network to help parents problem-solve complicated speech, language, and feeding challenges. Now, she supports a team of knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced therapists who are dedicated to helping your family thrive!
